• Conducted on a monthly retainer basis, typically including two to four monthly sessions that usually last about 45 minutes. • Includes homework assignments and brief phone calls and emails between sessions to address immediate concerns.
Single Issue Breakthrough Coaching Sessions are designed to create an effective strategy that addresses a specific issue/challenge/opportunity. Typical Session length: 45 to 60 minutes.
Employee Perk Package: Personal Success Coaching is a great way to reward employees, support their personal and career growth and, by extension, increase your organization’s productivity.
